Rex Key demonstrates clay pipe manufacture at the Broseley Pipe Museum.

The pug mill where the ball clay was soaked and ground to the right consistency.

The kiln which held between 75,000 and 100,000 pipes in each firing. This took 4 days.

The packing station.  Boxes ready for filling with pipes before being shipped to their destination.
